Retiree Coverage:

Hourly retirees continue to receive Ford-paid Life Insurance (unreduced at a base hourly rate on the last day worked) and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage until age 65. After age 65, Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage is terminated, and retiree Life Insurance coverage gradually decreases until a minimum level is reached.
